Provider Training

Provider education is a cornerstone of our mission in the Enhanced Provider Network. We believe that by empowering those on the front lines with the latest knowledge and resources it can create a meaningful, lasting impact on the children we serve.

Provider Training and
Communications

Enhanced Provider training is required at initial credentialing and every three years while participating in the network. Training may be completed virtually or independently through review of program materials. Content includes updates on the Enhanced Provider Network (EPN) and the Medically Complex Children’s Waiver (MCCW), clarification of the provider’s role within the EPN, and guidance on eligibility, care coordination services, state plan services, DME resources, and community supports.

Ongoing program updates and key announcements will be communicated through a quarterly email newsletter. This newsletter will provide timely information on policy updates, program enhancements, operational changes, compliance reminders, education opportunities, and other relevant developments.

Disclaimer

Enhanced Provider Network (EPN) training materials are available exclusively to approved EPN providers. Access is limited to participating practices to ensure program-specific content, compliance requirements, and care coordination processes are delivered to providers actively engaged in the MCCW network.
