How to Report a Problem
We try very hard to make sure you are happy with us and your doctor. If you run into a problem, please call us at 1-888-827-1665, and one of our staff will help you. If you would like to file a complaint about treatment you receive from your RN Care Coordinator, please contact MCC Waiver Administrator at 1-803-898-0079.
