How to Report a Problem
We try very hard to make sure you are happy with us and your doctor. If you run into a problem, please call us at 1-888-827-1665, and one of our staff will help you. If you would like to file a complaint about treatment you receive from your RN Care Coordinator, please contact MCC Waiver Administrator at MedicaidWaiver@scdhhs.gov.
Enhanced Provider Network
If you are considering a change in your child’s pediatric provider, the Medically Complex Children’s Waiver (MCCW) offers access to a directory of Enhanced Provider Network (EPN) practices across South Carolina.
Our Enhanced Providers have specialized experience serving children with medical complexity and work closely with MCCW care coordination teams to support comprehensive, coordinated care.
Families who choose an Enhanced Provider may benefit from:
- Pediatric practices experienced in caring for children with complex medical needs
- Close collaboration with MCCW Care Coordinators to ensure services are aligned and timely
- Familiarity with waiver services and care planning requirements
- A physician who receives additional MCCW-specific training, education, and ongoing program support
